eQuality - Pathways to Potential is an adult day program that serves developmentally disabled adults in Minnesota. The program services primarily the Twin Cities metro area.  Using a community-based approach, eQuality offers services including vocational placement and support, educational opportunities and community integration/recreation activities.

Vocational services include assessment, placement in appropriate employment, and staff support sufficient to guarantee success.
