Caitlin Wittnebel

Caitlin started with eQuality - Pathways to Potential in June of 2007.  She was a Job Coach at Lifetime Fitness and was promoted to Coordinator in 2008.  Caitlin works closely with Associates who work, or would like to work independently in the community.  She also heads up the Small Office Project, Job Club and organizes eQuality events.  Caitlin has experience working with adults with Developmental Disabilities in group home and day program settings.  She graduated from the University of Minnesota (Twin Cities) in 2007.  Caitlin likes working with eQuality because of the vocational services offered as well as other programs that enrich the Associates’ experiences.  “I love the variety of opportunities we have for all of our Associates”.  Caitlin loves to do anything outside, especially camping, in her spare time.  She enjoys working on home improvement projects and Twins baseball.  Caitlin lives in Maple Grove with her husband and tabby cat “Basil”.
