Joan Klukken Keprios

Joan participated in the development of eQuality - Pathways to Potential and was on its Board of Directors until 2004.  In 2008, Joan took a more hands on role by becoming a Coordinator.  She does case management and is the site supervisor for the Jewish Community Center and Barry Family Campus.  Joan has 25 years experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities.  She has done residential, vocational and recreational work.  Joan graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services.  Joan likes working with eQuality “because of the opportunities I can create for the Associates”.   In her spare time, Joan enjoys spending time with her family, reading, exploring, hiking, cross-country skiing, visiting museums and cooking.  She lives in Minneapolis with her husband and 10-year old son.
